Remarks:
  • uHub plus service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”).
  • All registered users of uHub plus service will be entitled to HKT’s prevailing basic entitlement, which currently is 2GB free uHub plus storage.
  • If the registered user of uHub plus service has also successfully subscribed to certain designated NETVIGATOR broadband service and/or eye service, his/her free uHub plus storage entitlement will be upgraded to HKT’s prevailing upgraded entitlement, which currently is 10GB free uHub plus storage, provided that the customer completes the upgrade registration via the uHub plus portal within 3 months of his/her service activation, otherwise the customer will only be entitled to HKT’s then prevailing basic entitlement.
  • If the NETVIGATOR broadband and/or eye service is terminated by the customer or HKT for whatever reason, the customer’s uHub plus storage entitlement will be terminated or downgraded as determined by HKT. Customer is required to back up all data in uHub plus storage themselves before uHub plus storage is reset and the files are deleted. HKT is not in any way responsible or liable for any loss of data arising from the deletion or resetting of files in uHub plus storage.
  • HKT reserves the right to change the free storage entitlement of any customer with or without prior notice.
